• Always place it vertically, facing upwards, without slope.
• Always carry in an upright position. Avoid bumps or strong vibrations.

We check perimeter (even in neighboring areas and fields) that there are no pines, dry grass, garbage, tents, boats and other flammable materials within a radius of 200m. Place the rocket in an empty empty bottle or in a brick. The rocket is fired along with the wood. If the wood is tied the rocket will not be launched. Product storage
The products are stored in a dry environment away from moisture and sources of fire or heat. If the firework gets wet it will not work. It is your responsibility to store it properly.
Case of non-operation of products
In case of non-operation after ignition or partial operation (incomplete combustion) of the firework, the products are collected and returned to Ekrixis. We do not throw them in the trash under any circumstances.
Ekrixis.gr is not liable to users / customers for damages that may arise from the execution or not of their order (except in cases of withdrawal – return – replacement of products).
Ekrixis.gr is not responsible for damage to persons or objects due to the use of its products. It is your responsibility to use them correctly, always following the instructions for use on their packaging.

In case one of our products is not available in our stock, we undertake to contact you by e-mail or by phone within 5 days from the date of order informing you of the deadline within which the product will be delivered to you. If, among the ordered products, one is temporarily not available, we undertake on the one hand to deliver the products that are available and on the other hand to replace the unavailable product with a product commensurate with quality and price. Ekrixis.gr uses courier services for the safe and fast shipment of products. Shipping costs are borne by the customer and are included in the order and are determined per kilo of weight but also from the distance, in cases of remote or inaccessible areas.
The products to be delivered will arrive at the place designated by the user / customer within 72 hours from the time it is available in the company, for most areas of Greece (from the moment it is informed about the shipment of the order) and for inaccessible areas.
The order may be delayed in case it is impossible the telephone and / or e-mail communication with the customer / user (if there is a problem in the order, either in relation to the product or in relation to the payment of) because e.g. the information entered is not properly updated. All users / customers are obliged to unpack (without damaging the packaging) and check the items as well as notify ekrixis.gr about it, in case of any defect of the received product/s on the same day or at the latest one working day after. After this period it is considered that the items were received in excellent condition.
When the order is executed incorrectly, in case of delivery of a product other than the one ordered by type or quantity or in case of the delivery of the product the packaging is damaged, completely or for the most part or in case the product is found to be defective, the user / customer must not accept the receipt of the product from the beginning and request its return, after consultation with ekrixis.gr. Products must be returned in the condition received by the user / customer. In case they are not returned, during the above period (10 days), then ekrixis.gr is entitled not to accept the return and therefore to refuse the replacement.
